Why this exists

Korean consumer markets reward speed of iteration and cultural fluency. We pick traditional domains — fortune-telling, women's wellness, public-benefit discovery — where existing tools are either offline and expensive, or generic and shallow. Each Chmonst product is shipped solo end-to-end: design, Flutter / Next.js implementation, LLM integration, observability, and infra on AWS.
